By downloading, accessing, or using Love Link ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. Love Link is operated by Love Link LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years old to use Love Link. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not prohibited from using the App under applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You may not impersonate any person or entity or use another user's account without permission.
You agree not to use the App to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm others; to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; to transmit unsolicited commercial messages (spam); to engage in any illegal activity; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, videos, messages). By submitting content, you grant Love Link a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
Some features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion. See our Payment Terms for full details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Love Link is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or relationship through the App. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Link LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
