All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Love Link LLC does not store your full credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours.
Love Link offers several subscription tiers: • Growth Accelerator — $39/month • Premium Subscription — $39/month • VIP Elite — $99/month • Max Premium Plus — $200/month Features included in each tier are described in the App's Subscriptions page.
Certain items such as animated emojis ($3.99), animated GIFs ($3.99/month), and 1-on-1 therapy sessions ($150) are available as one-time or add-on purchases. These are charged at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date you originally subscribed. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, but no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
All purchases are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues preventing access to paid features. To request a refund, contact support@lovelink.app within 7 days of purchase.
If a free trial is offered, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial terms will be clearly stated at sign-up.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be downgraded to the free tier until payment is resolved.
Prices shown may not include applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location, as required by law.
